Most insurance companies charge a large premium or offer lower levels of cover for people with pre-existing medical conditions, including brain injury. Our policy, operated by PolicyDirect, has much more relaxed conditions and while they will not be able to offer cover to everyone, they are much more likely to be able to help.

If you or anyone who will be covered by the policy have any pre-existing medical condition, including a brain injury, you will need to call the medical screening line. The number will be provided during the application process.
