Salary: £24k to £28k dependent on experience and qualifications
Herefordshire Headway, the charity that supports people with a brain injury and those who care for them in the Herefordshire area, is seeking to appoint an experienced leader to the post of Director.
This post will:
- provide leadership in initiating and implementing the strategic goals of the Board and operational objectives
- manage and develop our existing support services and projects
- develop approved new services to meet identified need
- secure project and core funding to support the development of Headway.
The post holder will:
- be a motivating leader with 3 years' experience in a similar role
- work closely with our Board of Trustees
- be an experienced manager of people, projects and budgets
- have a track record of securing funding from a range of income generation streams
- work within, and deliver, service level agreements
- be an effective communicator and influencer.
- the post will be based in our centre in Herefordshire
