During Action for Brain Injury Week 2011, The Independent covered the inspirational story of Ellie Johnson, describing her long road back to recovery.

Nearly three years after the car crash that caused her brain injury, Ellie's determination to lead a normal life has taken her back to playing rugby, as well as taking part in a number of daunting challenges in aid of Headway.
