Life after Hazel

In this moving article, The Guardian covers the story of Richard Crutchley and how he adapted to life after the death of his wife, Hazel.

The article follows our publication of Richard and Hazel's story on our Facebook page, which charted their roller-coaster journey that began after Hazel had been diagnosed with a brain tumour. During Hazel's period of ill-health, the couple decided to write a blog - or online diary. Sadly, Hazel passed away in November 2008 but Richard chose to continue the blog for some time after his wife died.
