"When our son Dominic sustained a brain injury in a road accident, it turned our lives upside down. He was in a coma for weeks; his injuries damaged him physically and affected his memory and personality.

"We didn't know where to turn for advice. The hardest thing was trying to understand what was happening and what support he would need. Then we discovered Headway, who were there for us with advice and practical support which saved our sanity! They were able to put us in touch with others in a similar position. Now, Dominic is still recovering, with on-going Headway support. Headway has always been there for us.
