Brendan McKeever
Brendan first encountered Headway after sustaining a brain injury in October 2000.
Brendan started volunteering with Headway in Northern Ireland and soon found himself serving on the board of a local Headway charity and taking on the role of Chair.
Prior to his injury, Brendan was Head of TV Licensing for Northern Ireland and Scotland and was about to take responsibility for the London area when his life changed dramatically. Currently, Brendan serves on the Audit and Membership Committees on the Board of Headway UK.
Brendan is keen to see the development of the Headway movement across the UK in order to improve the services available to brain injury survivors, their families and carers.
Brendan joined the Headway Board of Trustees in 2007.
