– Understanding MY brain injury attendee.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you. I feel in a happy place now, I can't wait to learn more."

Christmas Special Session
We'll be joined by:
Stewart Hill, Enduring Performance Speaker, Artist, and Brain Injury Survivor
Stewart Hill served as a British Army officer for 18 years before a traumatic brain injury in Afghanistan changed the course of his life. The injury left him with significant cognitive challenges, but also began an unexpected journey of rediscovery.
Today, Stewart is an inspirational speaker, artist, and coach. He speaks with honesty, warmth, and humour about life after brain injury—what it takes to rebuild identity, find purpose, and adapt to a new way of being. His talks blend lived experience with the science of the brain, showing how recovery is not just about survival, but about growth and renewal.
Stewart created the MPG model to help people and teams strengthen wellbeing and performance:
- M – Minimise Negative Thinking: Calming the brain’s threat system to restore clarity and energy.
- P – Pursue Positive Brain Change: Using small, intentional actions to build new, healthier neural pathways.
- G – Generate Collective Strength: Drawing on connection, compassion, and shared purpose to sustain growth.
Together, these principles support what Stewart calls Enduring Performance—the ability to adapt and thrive through challenge.
