Headway Borders co-host with the Borders Brain Injury Service and offer a relaxed atmosphere for peer support, where people who have survived Acquired Brain Injury, their carers or family members and who are looking for understanding, support. Meet others who understand the daily challenges faced when having a brain injury.

Meetings take place at St Pauls Church Scott Crescent , Galashiels , TD1 3JU every third Tuesday of the month from 11.30am - 1.30pm.

What We Offer

We offer an environment of support and understanding through peers of the group and volunteers, a light lunch and refreshments, opportunity to connect with other brain injury survivors as well as activities such as Boccia, games, quizzes and crafts.

The sudden change can be difficult and confusing but understanding is available with Headway Borders.
