Our Community Links Service is an outreach service that works one to one with survivors to support them to access and contribute to the resources in their own communities. This may include providing recovery advice and information, solving practical problems such as housing, welfare benefits and adaptive equipment needs, and supporting survivors to access employment, volunteering and leisure opportunities.
