IPRS Group choose Headway for its Charity of the Year

Tue 12 Mar 2019

IPRS Group, an independent specialist organisation offering a range of clinical services and products, has adopted Headway - the brain injury association and Headway Suffolk as its chosen charities for 2019.

Throughout the next 12 months, staff at the company will be taking on a number of exciting challenges and events in a bid to raise £12,000 for Headway’s UK-wide services as well as supporting the local work of Headway Suffolk. Activities planned include endurance events, summer BBQs, dress down days, Movember, raffles, cake sales and lots more!

Ben Beckwith, Wellbeing & Workplace Services Lead and Physiotherapist at IPRS Group, said: “The IPRS Group is incredibly pleased to be supporting Headway as our chosen charity of the year.

"We are a company with headquarters in Suffolk and with a workforce spread over the UK. As such, Headway was a perfect charity as we can support locally and nationally.”

“We also have family members and friends who have directly been supported by Headway and they wanted to help give something back.

“It is fair to say that everyone is excited to begin planning some of the events for the next 12 months and we are looking forward to making 2019 a really strong year of fundraising for Headway.”

Jo Plant, Director of Fundraising, said: “We are delighted to hear that the IPRS Group has chosen to support Headway UK and Headway Suffolk this year.

“It’s clear that they understand the impact of brain injury and I’m sure it will be this insight that will drive them forward as they undertake some challenging, and fun, activities over the next 12 months. Thank you to everyone taking part.”
