Emerging from lockdown...
Find out how to cope with anxiety or nerves about a return to 'normality'.
As lockdown measures continue to lift, we are beginning to see a return to ‘normality’ once again.
While many people feel excited about this, some may be feeling anxious or nervous about the changes and pressures that a return to socialising may introduce.
Here, Dr Vaughn McGill of the Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust discusses the feelings that brain injury survivors may have towards lockdown measures lifting, and what you can do if you are feeling worries about it.
If you are affected by any of the issues discussed in this video, Headway is here to help. Please contact our helpline on 0808 800 2244 or helpline@headway.org.uk to talk through your concerns. Alternatively, explore the links below to find out more.
