We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Deputy Manger to join our team and help drive sales to target.
As the Deputy Manager, you will be the key staff member on duty, responsible for:

Sales performance – ensuring targets are met and exceeded

Stock management – keeping the shop floor well-presented and replenished

Volunteer coordination – supporting and motivating our valued volunteers

Customer service – delivering a friendly, welcoming experience to every visitor
💡 Charity retail experience is desirable but not essential – we provide full training to help you succeed.
There is also an opportunity for additional hours during the week to cover holidays, making this a flexible role for the right candidate.
