Rob Callan

Rob is a qualified chartered accountant and has held a number of senior financial positions across a wide range of sectors. Most recently, Rob was Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Chaucer Group, a global insurance company headquartered in London. Rob retired from executive roles in September 2024 and joined the Headway Board of Trustees as Treasurer in June 2025.
