Law firm has a ball raising funds for Headway

National law firm Simpson Millar has raised more than £18,000 for Headway and the Child Brain Injury Trust after throwing an enchanting masquerade ball earlier this year.

The wonderful event, which took place at the Hilton Hotel in Liverpool, included live music, drinks, a three course meal and a raffle.

Caroline Fox, Senior Associate Solicitor, Personal Injury Claims, at the firm said: “It was a fabulous night and great to see so many turn out to support the brilliant work done by Headway and CBIT.

“Through my work as a solicitor, representing individuals who have suffered head injuries, I see first-hand the vital support charities like Headway and CBIT offer to brain injury patients and their families.”

Jo Plant, Director of Fundraising at Headway, said: “We were delighted when Simpson Millar became a baton holder and agreed to support us during 2019. Thank you to everyone who attended this amazing and glamorous event – it certainly looked like an event to remember. The money raised will help us continue our efforts in supporting those whose lives have been affected by brain injury.”
