The Headway charity shop at 78A School Road, Sale, has been a popular fixture on the high street for years, with our wonderful shop team providing excellent customer service and a wide range of clothes, books, electricals and more to the people of this bustling town on the edge of Manchester.
Eagle-eyed shoppers may have noticed the store has been closed recently, but the good news is it reopens today (30th April) and we’re excited to welcome you back.
So what have we being doing during the closure?
Well, our amazing shop manager Cara and her fabulous team of staff and volunteers have been hard at work leading a full redesign and refurbishment.
The newly refitted shop is decked with premium fittings, a fresh and welcoming colour scheme, and a more environmentally friendly design.
Remodelled with accessibility in mind, we’ve made changes to the store layout, furniture and overall feel to make it easier for people with physical and cognitive disabilities to shop. We’re hugely proud of the items we sell and want to make sure everyone has a chance to find a bargain!
