What Will You Do?
In this impactful role, you will use your clinical knowledge to help shape and deliver high-quality training content for professionals, families, and brain injury survivors. Working closely with the Training and AP Manager, you will ensure our training reflects best practice in neurorehabilitation and is grounded in real-world clinical insight.
This role is fully remote with flexible hours, with occasional travel required for in-person training delivery and team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver approximately 50% of our core training content (remotely and occasionally in-person).
• Facilitate free training sessions for brain injury survivors and their families.
• Co-develop evidence-informed training materials, ensuring content remains clinically relevant and engaging.
• Lead private training sessions for multidisciplinary teams across health, social care, legal and charity sectors.
• Collaborate with freelance trainers to support high-quality delivery.
• Manage essential admin tasks including training enquiries, invoices, and certification.
About You
We're seeking candidates with strong clinical backgrounds who want to translate their experience into impactful education and advocacy.
Essential:
• Clinical experience supporting individuals with acquired brain injury (ABI) in settings such as rehabilitation units, community neuro teams, hospitals, or supported living services.
• A recognised professional qualification in occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, neuropsychology, physiotherapy, nursing, or another relevant discipline.
• Strong IT literacy (e.g., PowerPoint, Zoom, Teams).
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex information with clarity and compassion.
• A commitment to inclusive, person-centred education.
Desirable:
• Based in the Midlands or North of the UK to support occasional in-person delivery more efficiently.
• Access to a car and full UK driving licence to facilitate travel when needed.
• Experience developing or adapting training materials.
• Understanding of adult learning principles or prior training/teaching experience.
